Common questions about our freight coordination services.
We coordinate transport for general dry freight across the UK. This includes palletised goods, boxed items, packaged products, industrial components, and other standard cargo. We do not currently handle refrigerated goods, hazardous materials, or temperature-controlled freight.
No. Upside Logistics is a freight coordination company, not a haulage operator. We work with a network of carefully selected third-party haulage partners across the UK. This allows us to source the right vehicle and carrier for each job without the limitations of a fixed fleet.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within the same working day where possible. The more detail you provide in your initial request — postcodes, load type, weight, and preferred dates — the faster we can give you an accurate quote.
Yes. We coordinate freight transport across the entire United Kingdom. Our carrier network covers England, Scotland, and Wales, with partners positioned to handle routes throughout the country.
To provide an accurate quote, we ideally need: collection and delivery postcodes, a description of the goods, approximate weight and dimensions, and your preferred collection date. The more detail you provide, the more accurate the quote will be. You can submit this through our quote form or email us directly.
